摘要
目的探究丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎临床有效。方法收集2020年4月-2021年4月时间段内于我院诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者70例,据治疗方案不同分为两组,观察组(37例)与对照组(33例)。对照组以氯雷他定片治疗,观察组则基于对照组联用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂。比对两组症状改善时间、临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏及鼻痒的症状改善时间、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗过敏性鼻炎通过丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂可显著缓解症状,疗效及安全性均较高,值得广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital during April 2020 to April 2021 were collected and divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens:observation group(37 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was treated with loratadine tablets and the observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray based on the control group.The time of symptom improvement,clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing and nasal itching and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluticasone propionate nasal spray can significantly relieve symptoms in the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis,with high efficacy and safety,which is worthy of wide promotion.
