摘要
目的分析头孢曲松钠联合匹多莫德治疗梅毒血清固定患者的疗效及对NK、CD4+、CD3+细胞水平的影响。方法选择2019年2月-2020年2月我院收治的136例梅毒血清固定患者进行研究,随机平均分成参比组与研究组,参比组单独使用头孢曲松钠治疗,研究组则运用头孢曲松钠联合匹多莫德治疗;此外选择健康体检者68名作为健康组,分别对比三组治疗前与治疗后的NK、CD4+、CD3+等细胞水平变化情况。结果治疗前,参比组、研究组的NK、CD4+、CD3+等细胞水平均低于健康组,对比P<0.05;治疗半年后,研究组的NK、CD4+、CD3+等细胞水平显著高于参比组,对比P<0.05,研究组NK、CD4+、CD3+等细胞水平与健康组对比P>0.05;研究组的治疗总疗效显著高于参比组,对比P<0.05。结论对于梅毒血清固定患者,采取头孢曲松钠联合匹多莫德进行治疗,能显著提高患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能,疗效明显,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of ceftriaxone sodium combined with pidotimod in the treatment of syphilis with serum fixation and its effect on the levels of NK,CD4+,CD3+cells.Methods 136 patients with syphilis serum fixation treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into reference group and study group.The reference group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium alone,and the study group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium combined with pidotimod;In addition,68 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group,and the changes of NK,CD4+,CD3+and other cell levels in the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the levels of NK,CD4+,CD3+and other cells in the reference group and the study group were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05);After half a year of treatment,the levels of NK,CD4+,CD3+and other cells in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The total therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with syphilis serum fixation,ceftriaxone sodium combined with pidotimod can significantly improve the immune function of T lymphocytes,with obvious curative effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
