摘要
目的探讨造口袋的应用及护理对于肝胆胰手术后引流管周围渗液的影响。方法选取2019年4月-2021年4月于我院接受肝胆胰手术治疗的82例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(使用造口袋护理)和对照组(常规护理)各41例,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(4.88%<21.95%,χ^(2)=5.145)、疼痛VAS评分[(1.85±0.65)分<(3.14±0.73)分,t=8.451]以及护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(40.32±4.70)分<(46.70±4.94)分,t=5.991]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(41.55±4.26)分<(45.87±4.57)分,t=4.428]低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的伤口愈合时间[(7.24±1.16)d<(9.95±2.06)d,t=7.340]、住院时间[(10.39±1.21)d<(14.21±1.98)d,t=10.541]比对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆胰手术后恢复期间,针对引流管周围渗液问题,应用造口袋护理方法,可以有效促进术后恢复,缓解患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore effect of ostomy bag nursing on exudation around drainage tube after hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 as research objects,and divided them into observation group(with ostomy bag nursing)and control group(with routine nursing)randomly.Nursing effect between two groups were observed.Results Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 4.88%<21.95%,χ^(2)=5.145),pain VAS scores[(1.85±0.65)<(3.14±0.73),t=8.451],SAS scores after nursing[(40.32±4.70)<(46.70±4.94),t=5.991],SDS scores[(41.55±4.26)<(45.87±4.57),t=4.428]were lower than control group,(P<0.05).Wound healing time[(7.24±1.16)d<(9.95±2.06)d,t=7.340]and length of stay[(10.39±1.21)d<(14.21±1.98)d,t=10.541]in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During recovery after hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery,ostomy bag nursing can promote recovery and alleviate pains of patients effectively.
