摘要
目的浅谈星状神经节阻滞结合电针疗法在颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的治疗效果。方法将2018年2月-2022年8月前来本院治疗颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组,每组31例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,实验组采取星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗,对比两组患者治疗结果和疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及生活质量评分。结果治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分情况相近(P>0.05),对比无意义;治疗后实验组患者疼痛评分显著降低,而对照组降低程度较小(P<0.05),数据有统计价值;在焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分比较中,两组患者评分相近(P>0.05),数据差异无统计意义;治疗后,实验组患者焦虑情绪评分和抑郁情绪评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05),数据统计意义明显;在生活质量评分比较中,治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者生活质量评分显著提高,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),数据有统计学意义;在治疗结果比较中,实验组患者治疗结果更高(P<0.05),数据存在比较价值。结论星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗方式可以显著降低颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经患者的疼痛程度,改善患者生活质量,与研究目的一致。
Objective To discuss curative effect of stellate ganglion block combined with electroacupuncture therapy on patients with postherpetic neuralgia in neck and face.Methods The paper divided patients with postherpetic neuralgia in neck and face in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2022 into control group and experimental group with numerical randomization table method,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine medication treatment,while experimental group with stellate ganglion block combined with electroacupuncture treatment.Treatment effect,pain scores,anxiety scores,depression scores and life quality scores were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,pain scores between two groups were similar(P>0.05),comparison was meaningless.After treatment,pain scores of experimental group significantly decreased,while decrease in control group was relatively small(P<0.05),indicating statistical value of the data.Comparison showed,anxiety and depression scores scores between two groups were similar(P>0.05),without statistical significance.After treatment,anxiety and depression scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),indicating significant statistical significance.Life quality scores comparison showed no difference(P>0.05)between two groups before treatment,and there was no comparability.After treatment,life quality scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),data was statistically significant.Treatment effect in experimental group was higher than control group,(P<0.05),with comparative data value.Conclusion Combination of stellate ganglion block and electroacupuncture treatment can significantly reduce pain level and improve life quality of patients with postherpetic nerves in neck and face,which is consistent with research objectives.
