摘要
目的研究分析沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索对哮喘患儿的治疗效果及肺换气功能的影响。方法研究选取本院2022年1月-2022年12月收治的支气管哮喘患儿56例,随机将其分为对照组与实验组,每组各28例。对照组采用一般对症及沙丁胺醇治疗,实验组加用氨溴索治疗。分析比较两组患儿肺换气功能、血清炎症因子水平、嗜酸性粒细胞、免疫球蛋白等水平变化、生活质量评分等指标。结果与对照组相比,实验组患儿PAaDO_(2)(2.14±0.11)kPa、Qs/Qt(5.52±0.68)%、RI(0.12±0.03)水平均降低,血清ECP(7.77±0.69)μg/mL、EOS(0.06±0.02)10^(9)/L及IgE(80.55±10.40)IU/mL水平降低,血清IL-4(10.14±1.12)pg/mL、IL-13(133.22±12.21)pg/mL水平降低,血清IFN-γ(29.66±2.69)pg/mL水平增高,治疗后躯体疼痛(58.77±4.62)分、生理功能(57.12±4.09)分、生活能力(56.94±4.23)分、社会功能(55.88±4.47)分、心理健康(56.15±4.44)分及总体健康(55.59±4.09)分评分增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在哮喘患儿的治疗中采用沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索可有效提高患儿的治疗效果并改善肺换气的功能。
Objective To study and analyze curative effect of salbutamol combined with ambroxol on children with asthma and impact of lung ventilation function.Methods The paper chose 56 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 28 cases in each group.Control group was treated with general symptomatic therapy and salbutamol,while experimental group with ambroxol.Changes in lung ventilation function,serum inflammatory factor levels,eosinophils,immunoglobulin levels,and life quality scores were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Experimental group had lower levels of PAaDO_(2)(2.14±0.11)kPa,Qs/Qt(5.52±0.68)%,RI(0.12±0.03)than control group,lower levevls of serum ECP(7.77±0.69)μg/mL,EOS(0.06±0.02)10^(9)/L,and IgE(80.55±10.40)IU/mL than control group,lower levels of serum IL-4(10.14±1.12)pg/mL,IL-13(133.22±12.21)pg/mL,and higher levels of serum IFN-γ(29.66±2.69)pg/mL than control group.After treatment,scores of physical pain(58.77±4.62),physiological function(57.12±4.09),life ability(56.94±4.23),social function(55.88±4.47),mental health(56.15±4.44),and overall health scores(55.59±4.09)increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Salbutamol combined with ambroxol can improve treatment effect and improve lung ventilation function in treatment of children with asthma effectively.
