摘要
以纤维颗粒充当填料,并适当改性,用于本色纸抄造,进一步提高成纸质量。结果表明,纤维颗粒适当改性,抄纸后强度提升,尤其与阳离子淀粉配用,耐破强度、抗张强度和耐折度可分别提高258.8%、259.9%和810%。实验结果表明,改性纤维颗粒增强效果显著且不影响白水浊度,可用于减少纸浆的用量。
The suitable modified fiber particles were used to produce unblemished paper and further improved the quality of the paper.The results showed that the modified fiber particles improved the strength of the paper,especially when used with cationic starch,the breaking strength,tensile strength and folding resistance of the paper could be increased to 258.8%,259.9%and 810%,respectively.The experimental results showed that the modified fiber particles were promising partially replace pulp without affecting the turbidity of white water.
