铝青铜湿法激光焊接焊缝摩擦磨损行为研究 被引量:1

Research on Friction and Wear Behavior of the Weld of Aluminum Bronze Welded by Wet Laser Welding

摘要 针对铝青铜材料展开湿法激光焊接实验,利用往复式摩擦磨损试验机对焊缝摩擦磨损行为进行了研究,测定了焊缝的摩擦因数、磨损体积和磨损率,并利用显微硬度仪测量了焊缝硬度,扫描电子显微镜观察磨痕微观形貌特征,最后对其磨损机制进行了分析判断。结果表明:焊缝区域硬度分布均匀,约为250 HV,高于基体硬度;焊缝处摩擦因数约为0.2,减磨性、耐磨性均优于基体,磨损失效机制为磨粒磨损和轻微粘着磨损,伴随氧化磨损。 A wet laser welding experiment was carried out for aluminum bronze materials.The friction and wear behavior of the weld was studied by using a reciprocating friction and wear tester.The friction coefficient,wear volume and wear rate of the weld were measured,and the weld hardness was measured by a micro-hardness tester.The micro morphology characteristics of wear marks were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the wear mechanism was analyzed and judged.The results show that the hardness of the weld area is uniform,about 250 HV,which is higher than that of the base metal.The friction coefficient of the weld is about 0.2,and both the wear reduction and wear resistance of the weld are better than that of the base metal.The wear failure mechanism is abrasive wear and slight adhesive wear,accompanied by oxidative wear.
