摘要
本文在收集总结前人资料的基础上,通过遥感解译、无人机航测、实地登岛调查等手段,对洞头岛岸线长度、形态、类型、分布、利用方式等进行了详细的调查。结合洞头岛实际情况,总结出4个主要因素作为其岸线利用适宜性评价的指标,即:岸线利用是否与其自然地理条件相适应、是否与其社会经济条件相适应、是否符合相关规划的要求、是否符合集约利用的原则。将洞头岛各岸段运用上述4个指标进行评价:洞头岛岸线使用中渔业岸线、交通运输岸线占据了绝大部分的比例,这两类岸线中绝大部分岸段的使用都是适宜的,除了一些小的渔业码头和交通码头外。工业岸线占比较小,规模小,且所占用岸段多不符合规划的要求,这些岸段的利用是不适宜的。造地工程岸线及科研教学岸线占比更小,但它们的利用符合规划的要求且与自身的区位地理条件相匹配,认为这些岸段的利用是适宜的。
Based on the collection and summary of previous data,this paper conducts a detailed investigation on the length,shape,type,distribution,and utilization of the shoreline of Dongtou Island through remote sensing interpretation,UAV aerial surveys,and field surveys.In combination with the actual situation of Dongtou Island,four main factors are summarized as indicators for the evaluation of coastline utilization suitability,namely:Whether the utilization of shoreline is compatible with its own physical and geographical conditions,its own social and economic conditions,the requirements of relevant planning,and the principle of intensive utilization.Using the indexes above to analyze the coastline of Dongtou Island:In the use of the coastline of Dongtou Island,the fishery coastline and the transportation coastline account for the majority of the proportion.The use of most of the coastline of these two types is appropriate,except for some small fishing wharfs and transportation wharfs.The proportion of industrial shorelines is relatively less,and most of the shorelines occupied do not meet the requirements of planning,so the utilization of these shorelines is not appropriate.The land reclamation project coastline and the scientific research and teaching coastline account for a smaller proportion,but their utilization meets the requirements of the plan and matches their own location and geographical conditions.so it is considered that the utilization of these shoreline sections is appropriate.
