摘要 待拆围堰为取水头部,位于上游,中硬岩石,周围环境复杂,针对围堰爆破拆除遇到的难点,多种方案比较,巧妙利用土石草袋砌筑临时围堰,预防了溅石损毁进水塔及闸门、拦污栅等;现场钻机不易成孔,渗水严重,首次提出PVC管辅助,实施减震孔和预裂孔,保护水下鱼类生物,确保水库大坝稳定,减弱震动有害效应;起爆前对爆破器材进行传爆试验稳定检测,V型起爆,由中向侧,孔间延期采用30~50ms,排间延期采用50~100ms,最终成功拆除了围堰。 The cofferdam to be demolished was the intake head of the dam,which located in upstream.Its rocks are mediumhard rock,and the surrounding environment was complex.Three difficulties encountered in blasting demolition were pointed out.A variety of schemes were compared,and the temporary cofferdam was cleverly built with earth-rock and straw bags to prevent splashing stones from damaging the intake tower,gates and trash racks.In view of the problem that the on-site drilling rig is difficult to form holes and serious water seepage,we use PVC pipe to assist in the implementation of damping holes and pre-splitting holes,so as to protect underwater fish organisms,ensure the stability of the reservoir dam and reduce the harmful effects of vibration.The stability test of blasting equipment was carried out before initiation.The V-type initiation was carried out from the middle to the side.The delay between holes was 30~50 ms,and the delay between rows was 50~100 ms.Finally,the cofferdam was successfully demolished.
