摘要
在经济发展新常态和创新型国家建设背景下,民办高校深入开展创新创业教育改革,不仅是破解自身转型发展难题、提高创新型人才培养质量的"助推器",也是推动地方社会经济发展的重要举措。文章从生态学视角分析创新创业教育的研究现状,进而设计民办高校创新创业教育的生态体系框架,最后提出优化路径:建立学校、政府和社会"三位一体"的保障机制;建立学校、院系、教师"三面一体"的管理机制;建立学生、教师、家长"三圈一体"的激励机制;建立学校、学生、社会"三元一体"的评价机制。
Under the new normal of economic development and construction of an innovative country,the in-depth reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in non-governmental institutions of higher learning is not only a booster to solve the problems and improve the quality of innovative personnel training,but also an important measure to promote local social and economic development.This paper analyzes the research status of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of ecology,and the ecological system framework of innovation and entrepreneurship education in non-governmental institutions of higher learning is constructed.The optimization path is proposed based on the"three-in-one"concepts of guarantee mechanism for university,government and society,management mechanism for university,department and teacher,incentive mechanism for student,teacher and parents,and evaluation mechanism for university,student and society.
