摘要
浙江是"两山"理念的萌发地,是践行高质量绿色发展的重要窗口。文章回顾我国经济社会发展模式和价值追求的演变,探讨"两山"理念与高质量绿色发展的关系及内涵,认为"十四五"时期浙江高质量绿色发展包含经济活动、环境发展和社会发展愿景三个层面的基本内涵。文章认为浙江"十四五"发展应当以"努力成为新时代全面展示中国特色社会主义制度优越性的重要窗口"为目标指向,以新旧动能转化和生态环境建设为两大现实进路实现高质量绿色发展。
Zhejiang is the birthplace of the"Two Mountains"concept and an important window to practice high-quality green development.This paper reviews the evolution of China’s economic and social development model and value pursuit,and probes into the relationship and connotation between the"Two Mountains"concept and high-quality green development.During the period of the 14 th Five-year Plan,Zhejiang’s high-quality green development includes three aspects of economic activity,environmental development and social development vision.This paper considers that Zhejiang’s 14 th Five-year Plan development should aim at"striving to become an important window for comprehensively displaying the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era",and take the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the construction of ecological environment as two practical approaches to achieve high-quality green development.
