摘要
为给小儿锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术提供应用资料,在56具小儿童尸体上观测了锁骨下静脉、左、右无名静脉的口径、长度和角度等,结合小儿锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术,讨论了插管的定位、深度和毗邻等有关问题。
This article provides the data of the subclavian vein from 56 children cadavers.The diameter,length and position of the subclavian vein,the angle between thevein and the clavicle,the width and thickness of the anterior scalenus muscle,thediameter and length of the innominate vein and the angle between it and the su-perior vena cava were observed and measured.The location and depth of the sub-clavian vein and its relationship with adjacent structures were also discussed.
