摘要
为给股动脉和股静脉插管提供解剖学数据,在50具成尸上对股动脉和股静脉进行了观测。解剖学研究提示,进行股动脉和股静脉插管时,穿刺点越近腹股沟韧带越好。股动脉穿刺时,在其前壁正中偏外进针、股静脉穿刺时,距股动脉内侧10mm进针最佳。
The femoral artery and vein were investigated and their anatomical data weremeasured on 50 adult cadavers.It is suggested that during the puncture of vesselsthe closer to the inguinal ligament the needle is inserted,the better the resultwill be.The arterial cannulation should be carried out at a little lateral to themiddle of the anterior wall of the femoral artery;the venous cannulation at 10mmmedial to the femoral artery.
