摘要
在47具新生儿左肾上腺及有关静脉系统的解剖观测基础上,着重探讨了新生儿左肾上腺静脉动脉化导体移植的可行性。为解决新生儿左肾上腺静脉细小的问题,本文提出将在肾上腺、肾上腺静脉及肾静脉整块取出,在肾门处结扎切断左肾静脉,利用左肾静脉根部与受者的动脉吻合。
The left suprarene as well as its venous system was studied on 47 newborncadavers to explore the possibility of allograft of the venous aterialized left supra-rene.The results show that the left suprarenal vein is too slender to be anasto-mosed.Instead,the left renal vein is recommened to anastomose.Some clinic rele-vents of vein plicae and abnormalities of the inferior vena cava are discussed.
