基于分布式拉曼光纤传感的粮食测温系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,我国粮食的需求日益增加,粮食存放的安全问题也日益突出。为了增加粮食储备的可靠性,尽快发现由气温升高或是微生物繁殖引起的粮食温度变化导致的霉变或火灾。本研究采用了基于光纤背向拉曼散射和光时域反射技术的分布式光纤拉曼散射测温系统,对粮仓粮食的温度进行更加精确和灵敏的监控。相比于传统的人工巡检和电子监控,利用光纤作为传感器既节省了人力又降低了电子监控可能引起的短路火灾的隐患。该系统针对拉曼散射光强很弱的问题,提出了使用单工循环编码解码技术,有效提高了光纤的非线性阈值光功率,同时提高了系统的信噪比和测温精确度。使用该方法可以使测量的温度精度达到±0.35℃,空间分辨率达到1 m。 In recent years,food demand in China has been increasing,and the security of food storage was becoming increasingly and widely concerned.In order to increase the reliability of Grain Reserve,mildew or fire caused by temperature rise orchange of grain caused by microbial propagation should be found as soon as possible.In this paper,the distributed fiber Raman scattering temperature measurement system based on fiber back Raman scattering and optical time domain reflection technology was adopted to monitor grain temperature in a more accurately and sensitively manner.Compared with the traditional manual inspection and electronic monitoring,the use of optical fiber as a sensor not only saved manpower but also reduced the potential risk of short-circuit fire caused by electronic monitoring.For the sake of addressing the problem of weak Raman scattering light intensity,a single cycle encoding and decoding technology was proposed in this system,which could effectively improve the nonlinear threshold optical power of the optical fiber,and the signal-to-noise ratio and temperature measurement accuracy of the system.By using this method,the temperature accuracy can reach±0.35℃,and the spatial resolution can reach 1 m.
