区域能源站用户侧板式换热器系统水泵性能仿真研究

Simulation Study on the Performance of Water Pumps in the Plate Heat Exchanger System at the User Side of the Regional Energy Station

摘要 本文建立了区域能源站用户侧板式换热器系统泵组的模型以及对应的控制模型,对变频泵、调节阀、板式换热器、末端、控制器等设备进行调试,并用C#语言进行编程将该物理模型转化成数学模型,对用户侧板式换热器系统水泵性能进行仿真。模拟了泵组运行参数的动态变化过程,分别讨论了泵组传统变频控制、优化变频控制下对水泵运行性能的综合影响。仿真结果表明,泵的运行台数受负荷影响较为明显,负荷较小时,泵运行台数少;负荷较大时,泵运行台数多;对于确定的泵组,适当降低水泵加载频率、适当提高水泵减载频率可以降低水泵运行能耗。 This paper establishes the model of the pump unit and corresponding control model of the user side plate heat exchanger system of the regional energy station,debugs the inverter pump,regulating valve,plate heat exchanger,terminal,controller and other equipment,and uses C#language to program.The physical model is converted into a mathematical model to simulate the performance of the water pump of the user side plate heat exchanger system.The dynamic change process of the pump unit operating parameters was simulated,and the comprehensive impact of the pump unit’s traditional variable frequency control and optimized variable frequency control on the pump performance was discussed.The simulation results show that the number of pumps running is significantly affected by the load.When the load is small,the number of pumps running is small;when the load is large,the number of pumps running is large;for a certain pump set,the frequency of pump loading is appropriately reduced,and the pump load is appropriately increased.Frequency can reduce the energy consumption of pump operation.
