摘要
带状疱疹是临床上常见的急性皮肤病,以成年人及老年人多发,在蒙医里是毛盖伊乐得病,目前国内外仍缺少对本病的深入研究,发病机制尚未明确,临床疗效有待提高。本文将带状疱疹蒙医辨证、分类及治疗和西医病因、临床表现及诊疗进行对照,以期对该病有进一步认识,为临床更好地治疗提供科学依据,为蒙西医结合治疗带状疱疹提供科学依据。
Herpes zoster is a common acute skin disease in clinic. It occurs frequently in adults and the elderly. In Mongolian medicine, it is Maogai Lede disease. However, there is still a lack of in-depth research on the disease at home and abroad. The pathogenesis is not clear, and the clinical efficacy needs to be improved. In this paper, the Mongolian medicine differentiation, classification and treatment of herpes zoster are compared with the western medicine etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment, with a view to further understanding the disease, providing a scientific basis for better clinical treatment, and providing a scientific basis for the combination of Mongolian and western medicine to treat herpes zoster.
