摘要
目的:考察HPLC测定哈日阿-布日-16丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:采用Thermo SCIENTIFIC C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(含1.5%三乙胺)(26∶2∶72)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min;设定柱温40℃,检测波长403.0 nm,进样量10μL。结果:羟基红花黄色素A对照品在0.0285~0.5719μg范围内浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99999),平均加样回收率96.9%,RSD=1.3%(n=9)。结论:该方法符合国家对分析方法可靠性的要求,具有实际应用价值,可准确测定哈日阿-布日-16丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。
Objective:The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Hariya-buri-16 pills was determined by HPLC.Methods:Thermo SCIENTIFIC C18chromatographic column(250 mm,4.60 mm,5μm)was used for gradient elution with methanol acetonitrile 0.7%phosphoric acid solution(containing 1.5%triethylamine)(26∶2∶72)as mobile phase.The flow rate was1.0 mL/min;Set the column temperature at 40℃,the detection wavelength at 403.0 nm,and the injection volume at 10μL.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of hydroxysafflower yellow A reference substance and the peak area in the range of 0.0285~0.5719μg(r=0.99999).The average recovery was 96.9%,RSD=1.3%(n=9).Conclusion:This method meets the national requirements for the reliability of analytical methods,and has practical application value.It can accurately determine the content of hydroxysafflower yellow A in Hariya Buri-16 pills.
