摘要
为改善聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维滤料的力学和过滤性能,以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为交联剂、均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为杂化材料制备PAN复合纳米纤维滤料,并对其形态结构、透气性、热稳定性和过滤性能等指标进行测试分析。结果表明:添加PMDA后纤维间出现熔融、交联现象,纤维间黏结力增强,复合滤料断裂强力提高了119.4%,高达14.7 MPa,过滤效率和过滤阻力增加,过滤效率高达99.99%,当PMDA质量分数为20%时,复合滤料品质因数达到最大值0.095 Pa^(-1)。
In order to improve the mechanical and filtration properties of PAN nanofiber filtration material,the PAN composite nanofiber filter materials are prepared with 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)as crosslinking agent and PMDA as hybrid material.The morphological structure,permeability,thermal stability and filtration performance of the composite filters are analyzed.The results show that the fiber occurred melting and crosslinking due to the adding of PMDA.Therefore,the breaking strength of the composite filtration materials is improved by 119.4%,up to 14.7 MPa.The filtration efficiency and filtration resistance are increased,and the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.99%.When the PMDA mass fraction is 20%,the quality factor of composite filtration material reaches the maximum value of 0.095 Pa^(-1).
