摘要
对300名女性的文胸尺码进行统计分析,发现中国女性群体中D罩杯以上即为大杯尺码。将大杯尺码的代表D80作为研究对象,与出现率较高的B75进行对比,掌握大杯尺码女性的胸部特征。对大杯尺码女性进行无钢圈文胸穿着问题调查,发现胸部特征是导致无钢圈文胸穿着问题的原因。在多项研究结论的基础上进行大罩杯无钢圈文胸的创新结构设计,并理论推导其合理性。最后用轮廓线条抽取叠合对比、压力值测定等功效测评方法,多维度验证了创新结构的实际效果。该研究旨在为解决内衣穿着问题提供一种人体工学设计思路,即人体特征、内衣穿着问题、因果关联、结构设计、功效验证。
A statistical analysis of bra sizes of 300 women found that in the Chinese female group,above D cup is considered to be full-figured.The D80,the representative of full-figured size,was used as a research object to compare with the B75,the most common size,in order to get the breast characteristics of full-figured size.A survey of the full figure wearing no-wire bras finds that their breast features resulted in the problem of fitting.On the basis of a number of research conclusions,the innovative structural design of the no-wire bra is carried out,and its rationality is derived theoretically.Finally,the efficiency evaluation methods such as contour line sampling and comparison,pressure value measurement and other multi-dimensional verification of the actual effect of the innovative structure are verified.This paper aims to provide an ergonomic design idea for solving the problem of underwear wearing including human body characteristics,underwear wearing problems,causal correlation,structural design,and efficacy verification.
