摘要
习近平在继承中国共产党党建思想的基础上,根据新时代的现实需要对党内政治文化建设的话语作出了系统性创新。习近平关于党内政治文化建设重要论述话语创新的背景由理论背景、中华文明背景、革命实践背景和时代背景所组成;其话语创新的内容与不同的现实叙事场景紧密相连,表现为“破—转—立”的渐进特征;其话语创新的特点为党性与四个具体特性相结合;其话语创新的价值主要体现在丰富了马克思主义政党学说、为全面从严治党筑牢精神支柱、为新形势下党内政治文化建设提供行动指南等方面。
On the basis of inheriting the CPC′s party building thought,Xi Jinping made a systematic innovation in the discourse of political and cultural construction within the Party according to the practical needs of the new era.The background of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on political and cultural construction within the Party is composed of theoretical background,Chinese civilization background,revolutionary practice background,and era background;The innovative content of its discourse is closely related to different real-life narrative scenes,manifested as a gradual feature of“breaking turning standing”;The characteristic of its discourse innovation is the combination of the Party spirit and four specific characteristics;The value of its innovative discourse is mainly reflected in enriching the Marxist theory of political parties,building a solid spiritual pillar for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,and providing action guidelines for the construction of political culture within the Party in the new era.
