摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合改良Mini-CEX在妇产科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:将60名本科生随机分为两组,每组30人,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用PBL联合改良Mini-CEX教学方法。见习结束后进行三站式Mini-CEX测评。结果:除理论知识外,实验组Mini-CEX量表的其余各项评分及教学满意度均优于对照组。结论:PBL联合改良Mini-CEX能显著提高见习教学质量和学生的综合能力。
Objective:To explore the application value of PBL combined with improved Mini-CEX in clinical shadowing of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:60 internships were divided into two groups,30 students in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group received PBL combined with improved Mini-CEX method.Each student was evaluated by three stop Mini-CEX after the training.Results:Except for basic knowledge,the other scores of the Mini-CEX scale and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusions:The PBL and improved Mini-CEX method can significantly improve the quality of obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching and students’comprehensive abilities.
