摘要
目的:利用邓迪教育环境量表(DREEM)评估学员对医院临床教育环境的看法。方法:采横断面研究设计,对150名住院医师规范化培训学员进行DREEM评估。结果:发现DREEM分数和培训时间之间存在高度显著关联。结论:培训时间会影响学员对教育环境的整体感知。
Objective:Utilizing the Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM),this study aimed to assess the perceptions of trainees regarding the clinical educational environment in a teaching hospital.Methods:A total of 150 trainees from a standardized training program for resident physicians in a teaching hospital in Fuzhou City were selected as the research subjects.Results:The study found a significant correlation between DREEM scores and training duration.Conclusion:Training duration can impact trainees'overall perception of the educational environment.
