摘要
博物馆是历史的见证、文化的象征。近年来,各中小型城市的博物馆数量激增,但由于政策、资金、编制机构等局限,人才供给与博物馆提供的价值反馈还存在不平衡、不充分的问题。本文归纳中小型博物馆人才队伍建设困境出现的原因,并从管理模式、人才培养定位、构建科学激励机制、完善培训体系等方面分析对策,旨在对各类中小型博物馆人才队伍的管理和建设成效上有所裨益。
Museums are witnesses of history and symbols of culture.In recent years,the number of museums in small and medium-sized cities has increased rapidly.However,due to the limitations of policies,funds and institution size,the supply of talents and the value feedback provided by museums are still unbalanced and inadequate.This paper summarizes the causes of talent team construction difficulties in small and medium-sized museums,and analyzes countermeasures from the aspects of management mode,talent training positioning,building scientific incentive mechanism,improving training system,etc.,aiming at benefiting the management and construction of talent team in various small and mediumsized museums.
