摘要
美俄战略导弹经过长期发展,在数量、战术性能等方面均处于世界领先地位。为了解战略导弹的发展规律和特点,深入研究了美、俄战略导弹的发展现状、配比组成及发展趋势;分析了美、俄陆、海基战略导弹发展历程,以及典型装备研制、部署及改进升级过程,并从国土特点、技术特点以及国际环境等角度出发,总结了美、俄战略导弹的发展特点。分析指出,美俄战略导弹的发展规律是以型谱优化和收敛为目标,综合考虑了规模、性能以及经济性等多方面因素,持续打造能够充分发挥载具优势的终极设备。
The strategic missiles of US and Russia play an international leading role in terms of number and tactical performance,their development rules and characteristics have important reference value for weapon equipment development. In view of the development rule of strategic missiles, the development status,proportion composition and development trend of US and Russian strategic missiles are studied. And the development characteristics of US and Russian strategic missiles are summarized respectively from the perspectives of national characteristics, technological characteristics and international environment. The analysis results show that the US and Russia have developed strategic missiles with the goal of model optimization and convergence, considering their scale, performance, economy and other many factors, so as to develop the ultimate equipment which can take full advantages of carrier.
