摘要
本文以德国基础教育国际化作为研究对象,以德国政府报告及法律政策等作为一手资料,对德国基础教育国际化的实践进行研究。研究发现,除了制定法律法规提供立法保障之外,德国基础教育国际化还采取了一系列举措,包括参与国际性的学生学业成就测评项目、开展学生对外交流项目等。德国的做法可以为中国基础教育国际化的发展提供参考和借鉴。
This paper takes internationalization of basic education in Germany as the research object,and takes German government reports and legal policies as primary data to study the practice of internationalization of basic education in Germany.The study found that besides making laws and regulations to provide legislative guarantees,internationalization of basic education in Germany also took a series of measures,including participating in international students’academic achievement assessment projects and carrying out foreign exchange programs for students.The practice of Germany can provide reference for the development of internationalization of basic education in China.
