摘要
                
                    对四川省凉山彝族自治州学前教育师资情况的调查发现:当地学前教育师资队伍正在逐步优化与壮大,但师资结构却呈"女性化""青年化"以及"低层次化"特征;学前教师职业准入门槛较低、入职动机较好,但潜在离职倾向较为明显;幼儿教师专业发展意识较强,但专业发展途径受限。基于此,本文提出促进民族地区学前教育师资队伍建设的对策建议,以期为相关研究与建设工作提供理论参考与实证依据。
                
                According to the survey of preschool education teaching staff in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province,it is found that the local preschool education teaching staff are gradually optimized and expanded,but the structure of teachers is characterized by"feminization","young"and"low-level";preschool teachers’professional access threshold is low,and their entry motivation is good,but their potential turnover intention is obvious;preschool teachers’professional development awareness is strong,but the way of professional development is limited.Based on the results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of preschool education teaching staff in ethnic minority areas,in order to provide theoretical reference and empirical basis for related research and construction.
