摘要
苏琰《朱蓣疏》作为第一篇番薯专论,具有重要价值,然一般认为全文早已亡佚,仰赖《亦园脞牍》得以部分保存。新发现《金薯传习录》一特殊版本,保存了《朱蓣疏》全文,较前者更具辑佚之功。在此基础上,对《朱蓣疏》进行了校释,并就史料进行辨析与考证,厘清了关于番薯入华等重大问题。
Zhu Yu Shu,as the first monograph on sweet potatoes written by Su Yan,have great value.However,it is generally believed that the full text is lost and depends on the Yi Yuan Zuo Du to be partially preserved.The newly discovered of Jin Shu Chuan Xi Lu is a special edition,which preserved the full text of Zhu Yu Shu,is more valuable than the former.On this basis,the author proofreads Zhu Yu Shu and makes analysis and textual research on historical materials.Through the new Zhu Yu Shu,clarified major issues such as the entry way of sweet potatoes into China.
