mRNA疫苗——一种新的疫苗策略 被引量:2

mRNA vaccine:A novel vaccine strategy

摘要 经过30多年的研究,mRNA疫苗技术在新冠疫情肆虐全球的时期登上了舞台,引起了极大的关注。随着mRNA合成技术、mRNA稳定性以及高效递送系统技术的日渐成熟,传染病和肿瘤的mRNA疫苗研究在近年来飞速发展。与传统疫苗相比,mRNA疫苗具有更高的安全性,且能够诱导机体产生体液免疫和细胞免疫,其生产工艺简单、研发周期短、成本低,适用于流行性疾病暴发流行期间的疫苗开发和生产,并具有广阔的应用前景,故对mRNA疫苗的组成和活性机制展开介绍,结合mRNA疫苗的研究进展进行分析和阐述,为mRNA疫苗的进一步研究提供思路。 After more than 30years of research,the mRNA vaccine technology has attracted great attention when COVID-19is reaching nearly every country in the world with extraordinary personto-person transmission.With the development of mRNA synthesis technology,the stability of mRNA and efficient delivery system technology,the research on mRNA vaccines for infectious diseases and tumors has developed rapidly in recent years.mRNA vaccines have become the lead in COVID-19vaccination strategies due to their advantages,such as higher security,rapid industrial production and efficacy.During epidemic disease outbreaks,mRNA vaccines are suitable for vaccine development and production.Herein,we summarize the research and development processes of mRNA vaccines as well as the approach for protecting the human body against infection.Finally,we analyze the challenges and problems that mRNA vaccines face in disease prevention.
