红芪及其不同提取部位中主要活性成分的含量测定 被引量:4

摘要 目的:测定红芪及其不同提取部位中主要活性成分的含量。方法:系统溶剂提取红芪,得红芪不同提取部位提取物,另取红芪水煎煮,得红芪全药水提物。分别采用苯酚-浓硫酸、香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸、亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色法,以D(+)-无水葡萄糖、黄芪甲苷、芦丁为对照品,测定红芪及其不同提取部位中总多糖、总皂苷、总黄酮的含量。结果:红芪、红芪系统提取水提部位、红芪全药水提物中总多糖含量分别为10.26%、79.76%、82.50%;红芪及其石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、水系统提取部位、红芪全药水提物中总皂苷含量分别为4.164%、0.161%、0.124%、0.177%、2.174%、0.454%、2.560%;总黄酮含量分别为0.389%、0.030%、0.032%、0.031%、0.345%、0.035%、0.474%。结论:以紫外分光光度法测定红芪及其不同提取部位中主要活性成分的含量,简单易行,结果可靠,可用于红芪及其不同提取部位中总多糖、总皂苷及总黄酮的含量测定。 To determine the content of main active components in Radix Hedysari and its different extracted parts.Methods:Radix Hedysari was extracted by systematic solvent extraction,and different extracted parts were obtained,In addition,water extract of Radix Hedysari were obtained by watercoction.The content of total polysaccharides,total saponins and total flavonoids in Radix Hedysari and its different extracted parts were determined byphenol-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry,vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetry and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide colorimetry with anhydrous glucose,astragaloside and rutin as reference materials.Results:The contents of total polysaccharides in Radix Hedysari,water extraction part by system extractionand water extract of Radix Hedysariwere 10.26%,79.76%and 82.50%,respectively.The contents of total saponins in Radix Hedysari and its different extracted parts were 4.164%,0.161%,0.124%,0.177%,2.174%,0.454%and 2.560%,respectively.The contents of total flavonoids were 0.389%,0.030%,0.032%,0.031%,0.345%,0.035%and 0.474%,respectively.Conclusion:In this study,UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of main active components in Radix Hedysari and its different extracted parts.It was simple and easy,and the experimental results were reliable,and it can be used to determine the content of total polysaccharides,total saponins and total flavonoids in Radix Hedysari and its different extracted parts.
