摘要
以云南滇红茶,云南滇绿茶,天麻粉为原材料,采用了喷雾干燥技术研发出一种天麻速溶茶粉,经测定其得率为30.9%,该速溶茶粉能快速溶解,无沉淀;有光泽,透明;呈多空疏松状态,无结块;无异味。
In this thesis, the Yunnan Dian black tea, Yunnan Dian green tea, and Gastrodia elata BL powder were used as raw materials.Spray drying technology was used to develop a Gastrodia instant tea powder. The yield of instant tea powder was determined to be 30.9%. The instant tea powder can be quickly dissolved without precipitation. The liquid is glossy, transparent and loose, without agglomeration andodor.
