摘要
为解决居民生活液体垃圾泄漏问题,设计了一种自主式液体垃圾监测清理装置。该装置内置多种传感器,运用5G技术与北斗组网,可对装置的各项数据进行监测、传输和存储。通过网格化分析、路径优化与0-1型整数规划,进一步建立源机理模型。运用MATLAB和ANSYS软件对装置进行模拟静力学分析和流固耦合动力学分析,验证其稳定性和可行性。理论推导与实验仿真的结果表明:在极端情况下装置内部流体流动情况稳定、外部形变量小,为环境监测与电子控制技术应用提供一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem of leakage of domestic liquid waste, the autonomous liquid waste monitoring and cleaning device is designed. The device has a variety of built-in sensors and uses 5G technology and BDS networking to monitor, transmit and store various data of the device. Through grid analysis, path optimization and 0-1 integer programming, the source mechanism model is further established. When performing simulation static analysis and fluid-structure coupling dynamic analysis of the device, we use MATLAB and ANSYS software to verify its stability and feasibility. The results of theoretical derivation and experimental simulation show that the fluid flow inside the device is stable and the external deformation is small under extreme conditions. This research provides a certain reference for the application of environmental monitoring and electronic control technology.
