摘要
利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对Nb、Ti复合含P高强IF钢在锻坯、热轧、卷取和罩式退火过程中FeTiP相的析出行为进行了观察。发现热轧和650℃以下卷取后FeTiP相难以析出,但在720℃卷取和680℃罩式退火后析出明显。FeTiP相倾向于在晶界处出现。观察同时发现新相依附已形成相的匹配良好界面上形核,形成多个FeTiP析出颗粒连续依附形核、生长的粗大析出。对于罩式退火生产条件,降低晶界P偏聚,优化退火工艺抑制FeTiP相的依附、团聚发展至关重要。
The precipitation behaviors of FeTiP phase in an Nb-Ti composite high-strength IF steel during forging,hot rolling,coiling and batch annealing were observed by SEM and TEM.Precipitation of FeTiP was not observed after hot rolling and coiling below 650℃,but it was obvious after coiling at 720℃and batch annealing at 680℃.It was found that FeTiP phases tended to precipitate at grain boundaries.The observation also found that the new phase adhered to the nucleation on the well-matched interface of the formed phase,and formed multiple FeTiP precipitated particles that continuously adhered to the nucleation and grown coarse precipitations.It is important to restrict the segregation of P in the grain boundary and optimize the annealing process to debilitate the agglomerating nucleation of FeTiP during batch annealing.
