摘要 孔隙率对材料的吸水性、抗冻性等性能有着重要影响,是材料质量检测的一项重要指标。针对孔隙率值受分辨率影响较大的问题,本文提出了一种基于多能谱CT成像的孔隙率计算方法。在能谱未知的条件下,利用非负矩阵求解方法求解出能谱,然后结合NC-POCS(非凸-凸集投影)重建算法,实现分解图像的重建,进而计算在不同分辨率情况下的孔隙率值。实验结果表明,本文提出的分解方法能够有效抑制射线硬化伪影,并验证了分解结果测得的孔隙率值受分辨率的影响较小。 The porosity has an important influence on the water absorption,frost resistance and other properties of materials,and is an important indicator of material quality testing.In view of the problem that the porosity value is greatly affected by the resolution,this paper proposes a method for calculating porosity based on multi-energy spectrum CT imaging.Under the condition that the energy spectrum is unknown,the non-negative matrix solution method is used to solve the energy spectrum,and then combined with the NC-POCS(non-convex-convex projection)reconstruction algorithm to realize the reconstruction of the decomposed image,and then calculate the porosity value at different resolutions.The experimental results show that the decomposition method proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the ray-hardening artifacts,and verify that the porosity value measured by the decomposition results has little relationship with the resolution.
