摘要
钾在植物生长发育过程中具有至关重要的生理生化作用。植物对K+的吸收转运主要通过钾转运蛋白/通道来实现。KUP/HAK/KT(K+uptake permease/high-affinity K^+/K^+transporter)家族成员是植物体内数目最多,功能多样的K+转运蛋白,在植物养分代谢、生长调控和抵御胁迫等过程中发挥着重要的作用。此外,KUP/HAK/KT钾转运蛋白受低钾条件下一系列的信号转导系统的调控,包括脱落酸、乙烯、生长素及活性氧。本文主要就KUP/HAK/KT家族成员功能及表达调控方面的研究进行了综述,并对其未来的研究前景进行了展望,以期为植物钾转运吸收机制研究及改良和培育钾高效利用型作物提供理论基础。
Potassium(K^+)plays irreplaceable roles in plant growth and development.KUP/HAK/KT family,which has the largest family members and various functions,involves in nutrient metabolism,growth regulation and stress tolerance.In addition,KUP/HAK/KT potassium transporters are regulated by a series of signal transduction systems under low potassium conditions,including abscisic acid,ethylene,auxin and reactive oxygen species.This paper expounded the research progress centered on classification,tissue location,and physiological function of KUP/HAK/KTs.In this paper,the latest progresses in regulation of KUP/HAK/KT family were reviewed,and the research prospect was envisaged,providing a theoretical basis for the study of potassium transport and absorption mechanism of plants,and the improvement of high-efficiency potassium utilization crops.
