摘要
目的探讨巴戟天汤对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年6月抚顺市中医院收治的膝骨关节炎患者54例。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组,每组27例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,试验组在对照组基础上采用巴戟天汤治疗。治疗前后采用膝关节功能评分表评估膝关节功能。结果治疗前,2组疼痛评分、活动度评分、功能评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组疼痛评分、活动度评分、功能评分均高于治疗前,试验组疼痛评分、活动评分、功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴戟天汤治疗膝骨关节炎能够显著改善膝关节功能,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bajitian Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and knee joint score.Methods A total of 54 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received treatment in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 27 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment methods,while the experimental group was treated with Bajitian Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The knee joint function score scale was used to evaluate the knee joint function of the patients before and after treatment.Results The knee pain score,activity score,and function score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of Bajitian Decoction in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly increase the therapeutic effect and improve the knee joint function of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
