摘要
目的观察乙肝患者检验血清标志物HBV-DNA的意义及临床价值。方法选取我院乙肝患者60例,将患者分为3组,一组为大三阳患者,二组为小三阳患者,三组为HBsAg、抗-HBe阳性患者,均检验HBV-DNA。结果一组阳性20例,阳性率100.00%,二组阳性15例,阳性率75.00%,三组阳性10例,阳性率50.00%,3组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乙肝患者诊断中,检测5项乙肝血清标志物并不能有效了解乙肝病毒复制及传染性情况,并且会出现慢性病毒性肝炎漏诊的情况,而检测HBV-DNA,具有较高的诊断价值,检出率较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the significance and clinical value of serum marker HBV-DNA in patients with hepatitis B.Methods Totally 60 cases with hepatitis B in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups.Patients with positive HBsAg,anti-HBeAg and anti-HBc were included in the first group,those with positive HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc were involved in the second group and patients with positive HBsAg and anti-HBe were in the third group.All patients were tested for HBV-DNA.Results There were 20 positive cases in the first group,with a positive rate of 100.00%;15 positive cases in the second group,with a positive rate of 75.00%;10 positive cases in the third group,with a positive rate of 50.00%.The difference among the three groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of hepatitis B patients,the detection of five hepatitis B serum markers cannot effectively indicate the replication and infectivity of hepatitis B virus and there will be missed diagnosis of chronic viral hepatitis.However,the detection of HBV-DNA has a higher diagnostic value and detection rate,which is worthy of reference.
