摘要
目的探究螺内酯在难治性高血压治疗中的作用。方法选取我院收治的难治性高血压患者90例,采取双盲法分为两组,每组45例。研讨组用螺内酯结合常规治疗,常规组用常规治疗。比较两组治疗有效率和血压水平。结果研讨组治疗效果优于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前好转,研讨组血压水平较常规组更加理想(P<0.05)。结论螺内酯能实现血压安全、合理地调节,有效控制血压水平。
Objective To explore the effects of spironolactone in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods Totally 90 patients with refractory hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided into two group with double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was treated with spironolactone based on routine treatment,while the conventional group was given routine treatment.The treatment effectiveness and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness of the study group was superior to that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in both groups were better than before,and the blood pressure levels in the study group was more ideal than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spironolactone can regulate blood pressure safely and reasonably,and control blood pressure level effectively.
