摘要
目的分析超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的影像学表现及运用意义。方法回顾分析我院诊治的急性阑尾炎患者50例,对所有患者均行超声诊断及CT诊断,分析两种检查对不同类型急性阑尾炎的诊断结果。结果超声诊断总检出率高于CT诊断(P<0.05)。结论急性阑尾炎应用超声检查在临床上准确率较高,可有效判别患者急性阑尾炎的类型,为临床医生提供重要参考依据,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application significance and imaging manifestations of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 50 cases of appendicitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound and CT.The diagnosis results of different types of acute appendicitis in patients with two kinds of diagnostic methods were analyzed.Results The total detection rate of ultrasound was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is higher,which can provide reference for clinicians and is worthy of promotion.
