摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者实施心理干预与健康教育对其负面情绪、满意度的影响。方法选取本院接收的急性脑梗死患者106例。按照随机对照原则要求,分为两组,每组各53例。观察两组护理前后负性情绪变化,比较两组护理总满意度。结果干预后,两组SDS及SAS评分均低干预前,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05),研究组护理总满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论夯实心理干预与健康教育,能进一步减轻急性脑梗死患者负面情绪,促使其满意度提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effects of psychological intervention and health education on negative emotions and satisfaction of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and six patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital were selected as study subject and randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group.The changes in negative emotions of patients before and after nursing in two groups were observed,and the total satisfaction of nursing care of patients in two groups was compared.Results Both SDS and SAS scores of patients in two groups after intervention were lower than such indexes before intervention,and such indexes of patients in the study group were lower than those of patients in the routine group(P<0.05),and overall nurisng care satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than such index of patients in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Consolidated psychological intervention and health education can further alleviate negative emotions of patients with acute cerebral infarction and promote their satisfaction,being worthy of clinical promotion.
