Objective To explore the effect of reduction and internal fixation on knee joint bone trauma with the aid of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology. Methods A total of 84 patients knee bone trauma was randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each;the control group with conventional open reduction and internal fixation and the study group with arthroscopic minimally invasive technique assisted reduction and internal fixation, the two groups were compared. It aim to compare the clinical indicators, pain degree(VAS score)and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups. Results The fracture healing rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the control group, while the operation time in the study group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the VAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There has a good clinical effect of reduction and internal fixation on knee joint bone trauma with the aid of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology,It can reduce the pain of patients and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
