摘要
目的探讨在肺癌术后患者中,介入康复护理对其心肺功能水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的肺癌手术患者160例,采用随机法分为对照组80例、试验组80例,对照组采用常规护理,试验组应用康复护理,比较两组肺功能水平、生活质量评分、疼痛情况。结果试验组FVC、FEV1、PEF水平优于对照组,社会评分、身体评分、情感能力评分、心理评分改善效果优于对照组,疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取康复护理模式,对改善患者肺功能、提高生活质量效果显著。
Objective To explore the improvement of rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiopulmonary function and life quality of patients with postoperative lung cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with postoperative lung cancer in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the experimental group(n=80).the control group was treated with regular nursing and the experimental group was treated with rehabilitation nursing.The lung function level,life quality score and pain situation between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the improvement effects of social score,physical score,emotional ability score and psychological score were better than those in the control group.The pain incidence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing model can significantly improve the lung function and life quality of patients.
