摘要
社会革命是无产阶级政党领导的逻辑起点,中国共产党的领导是马克思主义基本理论和中国实践的高度统一,它内生于中国革命的历史和党建国家中国现代国家建设模式。在中国特色社会主义的伟大社会革命征程中,中国现代国家建设的前提和保障是党的全面领导,党的全面领导保证中国基本经济制度的社会主义属性,党的全面领导是人民民主成长的政治基础和制度支撑。坚持和加强党的全面领导,这在根本上说是由中国特色社会主义的内在本质和根本要求决定的。党的全面领导的实现,在根本上只能在社会革命的实践和进程中展开,党是在引领和推进伟大的社会革命中实现全面领导的,这就需要在社会革命进程中始终保持党的先进本质,自主建构现代国家制度,促进人和社会的全面发展,推进党的领导的制度化、法治化。
Social revolution is the logical starting point for the leadership of the proletarian party.The leadership of the Communist Party of China represents a great unity between the basic theory of Marxism and the Chinese practice,born out of the history of Chinese revolution and the model of building a modern China under the Party leadership.In the course of the great social revolution in building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the overall Party leadership is the prerequisite and guarantee for building a modern China,which ensures the socialist nature of China’s basic socialist economic system,serves as the political foundation and institutional underpinning for advancing the people’s democracy.Upholding and strengthening overall Party leadership is determined by the inherent nature and fundamental requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The overall Party leadership can only be achieved in the practice and course of social revolution,and the Party achieves its overall leadership in leading and advancing the great social revolution,which requires that the Party always maintain its advanced nature,construct a modern state system,promote well-rounded human development and all-round social progress,and advance the institutions and legislation for Party leadership.
