摘要
延安文艺整风初期,新组建不久的延安平剧研究院存在脱离群众实际、专业水平不高、工作使命感不足等问题,不能适应抗战文艺服务大众、宣传大众的需要。延安平剧研究院在文艺工作根本方针的指导下逐步探索出理论学习和送戏下乡紧密结合、文艺研究和教学演出相辅相成、领导关怀和物资保障双管齐下等举措,系统推进人才队伍建设工作,成功打造了一支崇德尚艺、服务人民、服务革命的平剧人才队伍,不仅使平剧焕发新生,也为新中国成立后的京剧事业发展培养了骨干力量,提供了发展方向。
In the early stage of the Yan’an Rectification Movement in the literary and art circles,the newly established Yan’an Peking Opera Institute was fraught with problems such as disengagement from the people and reality,low professional standards,and a lack of a strong sense of mission,thus failed to fulfill its goal of serving the public and communicating to the people through anti-Japanese literature and art.Guided by the fundamental principles for literary and art works,it adopted the following approaches,including integrating theoretical study with performance in rural areas,complementing artistic research with teaching and performance,and strengthening both leadership and material support,which systematically promoted the talent development and cultivated a pool of talented personnel for Peking Opera,who upheld virtue,valued artistic excellence,and were committed to serving the people and the revolution.These efforts not only revitalized Peking Opera,but also cultivated a backbone force and provided a direction for the development of Peking Opera after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
