摘要
目的:研究蒌蒿地上部分乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法:取蒌蒿干燥地上部分,用95%乙醇回流提取,经低压浓缩后得蒌蒿浸膏。将上述浸膏加水超声混悬后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取。将所得乙酸乙酯部分萃取物,通过硅胶柱、凝胶柱、反相柱进行分离纯化,结合波谱数据和文献数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从蒌蒿地上部分乙酸乙酯部位浸膏中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:camelliagenin A(1)、2,5-二羟基苯乙酮(2)、对羟基苯乙酮(3)、leptonol(4)、isoevodionol(5)、金色酰胺醇酯(6)、eudesmafraglaucolide(7)、布卢门醇A(8)、(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(9)、异鼠李素(10)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3、6~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Artemisia selengensis ethanol extract and isolate and identify their constituents.Methods:The dry aerial parts of Artemisia selengensis was extracted with 95%ethanol and concentrated at low pressure.After ultrasonic suspension of the extract with water,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol were used for extraction successively.The ethyl acetate partial extract was extracted and isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatography,their structures were identified by spectral data and literature data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia selengensis aerial parts and identified as camelliagenin A(1),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone(2),p-hydroxyacetophenone(3),leptonol(4),isoevodionol(5),aurantiamide acetate(6),eudesmafraglaucolide(7),blumenol A(8),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(9),isorhamnetin(10).Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,4 and 5 are isolated from the genus for the first time,and compounds 3,6 to 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
