摘要
目的:对省沽油科山香圆属植物山香圆Turpinia arguta Seem.叶乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位的化学成分进行研究。方法:通过大孔树脂柱层析、聚酰胺柱层析、硅胶柱层析、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和制备液相等色谱技术进行分离纯化,并应用核磁共振(NMR)以及质谱等波谱技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从山香圆叶中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:科罗索酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、坡模酸(2)、23-羟基齐墩果酸(3)、积雪草苷A(4)、2α,3α,23-三羟乌苏酸(5)、乌苏酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)、绿原酸(10)、对羟基肉桂酸(11)、没食子酸(12)。结论:其中,化合物1、3~5、7~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the n-butanol fraction from the ethanol extract of the leaves of Turpinia arguta.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin column chromatography,polyamide column chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparation of liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and mass spectrometry.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the leaves of Turpiniae arguta and identified as corosolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),pomolic acid(2),23-hydroxyoleanolic acid(3),asiaticoside A(4),2α,3α,23-trihydroxyursolic acid(5),ursolic acid(6),caffeic acid(7),3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid(8),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(9),chlorogenic acid(10),hydroxycinnamic acid(11),gallic acid(12).Conclusion:Compounds 1,3 to 5,7 to 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
