摘要
目的:寻找简单易行的鉴别方法,解决紫珠属6种植物紫珠、白毛紫珠、杜虹花、尖尾枫、裸花紫珠和白毛杜虹花因叶片相似而难以鉴定的问题。方法:采用性状鉴定法观察6种植物叶片特征;利用显微鉴别法系统比较叶片横切面组织结构和粉末特征。结果:6种紫珠属植物叶片可以通过以下三个方面予以鉴别:在外观性状方面,可从叶片的颜色、表面毛茸及叶形等特征基本区分;在叶片横切面组织显微特征方面,可通过维管束的形状、腺毛及非腺毛形态特征进行鉴别;在粉末显微特征方面,主要以腺毛、非腺毛的大小及类型进行区分。结论:传统的性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法可有效鉴定6种紫珠属植物叶片;叶片维管束的形状和分布特点以及非腺毛形态对于紫珠属叶类药材的鉴定具有重要意义。
Objective:To find a simple and easy identification method,so as to solve the problem of identification of six species of Callicarpa bodinieri,Callicarpa candicans,Callicarpa formosana,Callicarpa longissima,Callicarpa nudiflora,Callicarpa sp.due to their similar leaves.Methods:The leaf characteristics of six plants were observed by trait identification method.Microscopic identification method was used to compare the tissue structures and powder characteristics of cross section of leaves systematically.Results:The leaves of the six Callicarpa species could be identified from the following three aspects.In the aspect of appearance,the characteristics of leaf color,surface hairy and leaf shape could be basically distinguished.In terms of the microscopic characteristics of the transverse section of leaves,the shape of vascular bundles,morphological characteristics of glandular and non-glandular hairs could be used to distinguish them.In the aspect of powder microscopy characteristics,the sizes and types of glandular and non-glandular hairs were the main differentiators.Conclusion:The traditional character identification and microscopic identification methods can effectively identify the leaves of six species of Callicarpa;The shape and distribution of vascular bundles in leaves as well as the morphology of non-glandular hairs are of great significance for the identification of leafy herb in Callicarpa.
