巴戟天中25个无机元素量变规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测定巴戟天中25个无机元素的含量,并探索其元素量变规律。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对巴戟天中25个无机元素进行测定,并进行直观分析、非参数秩和检验分析、相关性分析、元素图谱分析、主成分分析、聚类分析。结果:25个无机元素在一定的浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率为99.00%~100.80%。30批巴戟天样品中检测出24个无机元素,Se均未检出。绘制了巴戟天25个无机元素的图谱,该谱图具有一定的规律性,Fe、K、和Mn的含量较高,有害元素Cu含量超标率达46.67%。结论:巴戟天中无机元素的组成及其量变规律的研究可为其质量控制及安全性评价提供依据。 Objective:To determine the contents of 25 inorganic elements in Morindae Officinalis Radix,and to explore the law of the quantitative variation.Methods:25 inorganic elements in Morindae Officinalis Radix were determined by microwave digestion-ICP-MS.Intuitive analysis,nonparametric rank sum test analysis,correlation analysis,elemental map analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed.Results:The linear relationship between 25 inorganic elements and peak areas was good in a certain concentration range(r>0.9990),and the average recovery was within the range of 99.00%to 100.80%.Twenty-four inorganic elements were detected in 30 batches of Morindae Officinalis Radix samples,but no Se was detected.The mapping of 25 inorganic elements was plotted,which showed some regularity.The contents of Fe,K and Mn were high,the harmful element Cu exceeded the standard with the rate of 46.67%.Conclusion:The study of the composition and quantitative variation of inorganic elements in Morindae Officinalis Radix can provides the basis for its quality control and safety evaluation.
