摘要
目的:研究黑骨藤中的芳香性化学成分。方法:运用MCI、正相硅胶柱、凝胶色谱柱及高效液相色谱等技术,对黑骨藤的乙醇提取物进行系统的化学成分研究,并通过波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从黑骨藤中分离纯化得到9个芳香性化合物,分别鉴定为:芥子酸甲酯(1)、大黄素(2)、黄杨木素(3)、表丁香素脂(4)、cleomiscosin C(5)、dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(6)、6-羟基芦荟大黄素(7)、5-羟甲基糠醛(8)、臭矢菜素A(9)。结论:其中,化合物1、3、5、6和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the aromatic chemical constituents of Periploca forrestii.Methods: The chemical constituents of ethanol extract of Periploca forrestii were isolated and purified by MCI,silica column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.The structures were identified by spectral methods.Results: Nine aromatic compounds were isolated and purified from Periploca forrestii and identified as methylsinapate(1),emodin(2),xylobuxin(3),episyringaresinol(4),cleomiscosin C(5),dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(6),6-hydroxyaloe emodin(7),5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde(8),cleomiscosin A(9),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1,3,5,6,8 are isolated from Periploca genus for the first time.
