摘要
目的:对马蓝Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek.叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、反相高效液相制备等多种手段进行分离纯化,依据^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、ESI-MS等对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从马蓝叶80%乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:松脂素(1)、5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(2)、吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯(3)、1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(4)、3-(2-hydroxyethyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one(5)、3-(2-hydroxyethyl)quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione(6)、脱氢地芰普内酯(7)、异黑麦草内酯(8)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(9)、原儿茶酸甲酯(10)、咖啡酸甲酯(11)、2-氨基苯甲酸(12)、邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸(13)。结论:其中,化合物1、5~7、9、10、13为首次从马蓝属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various modern chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,RP preparation.The structures were identified by ^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,ESI-MS.Results:A total of 13 compounds were isolated from the 80%ethanol extract of the leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia and identified as pinoresinol(1),hispidulin(2),methyl indole-3-carboxylate(3),1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid(4),3-(2-hydroxyethyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one(5),3-(2-hydroxyethyl)quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione(6),dehydrololiolide(7),isololiotide(8),dehydrovomifoliol(9),methyl protocatechuate(10),methyl caffeate(11),2-anthranilic acid(12),N-acetylanthranilic acid(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,5 to 7,9,10 and 13 are isolated from Baphicacanthus genus for the first time.
